This page was made on 7/3/2017, using data reaching back to 1/1/10. It is not dynamic at all. I used a flat K=36 for everything, without attempting to do any calibrations based on the format. There are various issues with this table; see the July 3 blog post for more information. These ratings are entirely speculative.
